All of our memberships are flexible and month-to-month — no lease and no utilities — leaving more time and space for you to focus on what matters.

Book your Ashland meeting space today. Ideal for business presentations, board meetings, nonprofit strategy sessions, and photo and video shoots.

All of our conference room bookings include self-service coffee and tea in our modern kitchen, high speed wifi, wired ethernet, and use of equipment including smart TV, whiteboard, etc. (equipment availability depends on the room).

 
 

We also offer technical support, in-room beverage service, locally-sourced catering options, and more for an additional fee.

Our spaces fill up, so reach out sooner rather than later. That being said, are you running late on your planning? Give us a call—we can often accommodate last-minute needs with some flexibility.

To support our local non-profits, conference room bookings are free for non-profit organizations (up to 8 hours a month). Simply email us to apply with your event date and time.
